Payten & Jones, Yarra Valley
Behn (Payten) and Troy (Jones) grew up in Healesville which gives them a unique perspective on the Yarra Valley wine industry. Behn drove his first tractor at the age of 5. Troy was talking by the age of 1 and hasn't shit up since. Behn's dad Pete manages the vineyards with focus on sustainability. Their stable of wines are super diverse but the common thread is that a lot of thought and creativity goes in to each wine which gives a twist that keeps you coming back for more.
