Made by Pedro Rosell aka ‘El Padrino’ (godfather) of Argentinian sparkling wines. Links are strong between Argentina and Champagne, Pedro has a decades experience there and both Chandon and Mumm producing sparkling in Mendoza. Pedro has forged his own style with 1-2 years on lees in tank prior to 2nd ferment.
